Sakaki is distilled in small batches with 15 botanicals: Juniper Berry, Sakaki, Coriander Seed, Caraway, Yoshino Sugi, Star Anise, Allspice, Clove, Cinnamon, Ume, Yuzu Peel, Citrus Unshu Peel, Citrus Sudachi Peel, Japanese Pepper, Lavender.

Local natural finest ingredients (leaves of koyamaki- Japanese Pine-, mandarin orange peel, lemon peel, Japanese pepper seed “Sansho”) are combined with juniper berry to make Kozue a unique craft gin!

Koyamaki and juniper are very compatible ingredients which give Kozue Gin a soft and fresh scent. Further the flavor of Sansho (Wakayama’s Japanese pepper) enhance the feeling of aftertaste
